STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE I.R.T.O. MAINTENANCE!

I purhased a property through the co-ordination and sales of Steer International Properties. We had agrees that the maintenance issues incl oven, bathroom toilet tub would all be fixed by transfer of property to my name ans to date these have not beem attended to and the money had beem paid to the previous owner. i sent several emails to the estate agent and whatsapp texts and to date, no one haa contacted me to fix the maintenance issues. <br> <br> This is none in relation to the fact that the same estate agent sold me this property with a tenant with an active lease who rightfully refused to leave the property at the agreed date of occupation. And it didnt happen which was a total havoc and it ended up with me being highly stresses about this as I had no place to stay but that property. I managed to deal with the situation and reached some common ground. But its important that one does proper due dilligence before presenting a service to clients and none was done here and with professioanlism at all and all they did was ditch and my emails and calls Like they are doing now. If you want to buy a property I suggest you look elsewhere BUT NOT STEER INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES!!!
