When I called I was told it makes no difference

Today I was given a different set of what I ordered under pretence that it was what I requested. Questions were asked for clarity on the order but the end product was never the same as per my order. For instance mesuim chips became small on the end product. Inappropriate service. I learnt from them that Momjojo and MO cheese is the same, why different names? Steers, Despatch
