We haven't been refunded

We moved in krinos building in fish hoek, which is a building that is owned by Steer & Co. company and that was 1 June 2016 , we signed lease agreement with them. Now this year on the 30th of March we emailed them informing them that we are not going to renew the contract with them. They never rep**** to our emails and the front desk lady when we called the company she said , transferred us to this Nicky lady.... afterwards she never answered the phone but the front desk lady said she is gonna tell her to phone us of which it never happened, we waited and waited for a month till on May I got hold of Melissa. I forwarded her the email and everything was arranged then on the 1st of June this year we moved out as arranged. The time came when they were supposed to refund us our deposit back. They said they are helding us accountable for June month since we only informed them May. And of which we informed them March. We were warned about the Steer & Co services before but we never listen to the previous people who rented the flat before. We are warning people also about the situation we are experiencing now. From R 9000 of deposit they want to give us R3000...
