Terrible service

Steer and Co does not look after their complexes or cater properly for residents. Our flats have been broken in to so many times. Rent is increased but the maintenance is poor. They don’t respond to emails and the communication is terrible. We live in terrible conditions and we wait so long for help in all areas of concern. One of our flats had a light hanging out the ceiling for months and no one has come to fix it. We waiting since March for fibre installation. But all this company wants is to increase rent but the flats are falling apart…
