Super poor workmanship and poor communication for such a big company

Poor workmanship

We bought an apartment earlier this year (2023) off which when the rain started in Capetown, we experienced a leak from the roof, unfortunately our unit is on the last floor on top. The issue was reported to the body corporate early last month, however nobody is taking accountability for this poor workmanship that happen during construction and unfortunately the unit is getting damaged everyday. This morning Steer &Co told us there's is nothing they can do while the unit is getting damage and we loosing money everyday as people has decided to move out.

The attitude and behavior that we are receiving is unacceptable and I believe steer&co can still improve in business by respectfully treat their clients and improve their interpersonal skill.
