STEER & CO ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING!

Two major crimes have been committed on the property where I live, one during stage 4 lockdown under curfew< and one a few weeks earlier. I reported both to Steer who REFUSED to assist me , or reply to my e-mails as their Company Policy is NOT TO COMMUNICATE WITH TENANTS. The MD of the Security Company was very understanding and offered to assist however STEER &CO completely shut me down refusing to communicate with me and finally telling me that THEY HAVE DECIDED THAT BOTH CASES ARE CLOSED AND THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION, after I'd followed their initial instruction to report to the Police and open an investigation. I feel completely violated and disregarded by STEER & CO who have ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR TENANTS .
