Steer & Co

<p>I own and live in an apartment managed by Steer and Company. For over a year I have asked them to sort out a massive water leak causing damage to my ceiling and carpet but unfortunately they do not take me seriously. My monthly levies is R1640 and I believe part of that goes to Steer and Company to look after my interest. The do not manage properly and do not enforce the rules. They are actually useless and only act on the demands of the company that own the majority of units. I would not recommend using Steer and Company. Im investigating my options and getting legal advice.</p>
