Shocking service from Steers Broadacres

Shocking service, ordered from Broadacres Steers at 6:50 and only received my order at 8:30, burgers and chips were ice cold, the milkshake was warmer than the food. Phoned customer service and all they say is sorry they can't do anything about it. Where in the world do you get such a ridiculous comment, oh Africa STEERS... We knew there was loadshedding at 8, that is why we ordered it early, so we couldn't even warm up the food.
