Quick response to help me solve a problem, thank you

After many years of tenancy in one of the properties managed by Steer & Co, I moved to a new house at the end of May. The weeks and months leading up to my final moving date were stressful, to say the least, due to lockdown pressure, and on the day of my move, the last thing I needed was for a sudden water leak that required immediate repair. The added stress of the maintenance concern was too much, but this was all alleviated by Teresa and her colleagues at Steer & Co.

I acted immediately by emailing my usual contact at Steer, Stacey, asking for urgent guidance. Stacey was however not at work that day, but her email was picked up almost immediately by Teresa, who acted swiftly to put me into contact with a contractor while making all other logistical arrangements.

Shamier, one of Steer’s inspectors, was also there that day, and between him and Teresa, my mind was put to rest when they quickly came up with a solution when I didn’t have the time to wait for the plumber's arrival. My removal truck had already left and I had to follow. Shamier patiently waited at the apartment and dealt with all the plumber’s maintenance requirements in my absence. It was comforting to know I could leave, knowing matters were in Steer’s capable hands.

It was also rewarding to see the effective communication between Steer’ssenior management, and its employees, to ensure inquiries can be dealt with swiftly.

Thanks, to Steer & Co, my moving date went from tragic, to happy.
