No service, no communication and the wrong address

I found an apartment on a property website posted by Steer and Co. I mailed them to get a viewing but firstly the response seems automated and doesn't answer any of my questions. Anyway, I get a viewing for 11:45 but at about 11:00 I get an email to say the viewing is at 11:15 but the change of time isn't even for the apartment I'm interested in. So I type in the address, follow my GPS and I arrive at an apartment... but not the right apartment. Apparently they even got the address wrong. Called the company got the proper address but then arrived at the place and the realtor wasn't there. If I could give this company a 0 I would. They have done nothing correctly, there's no customer service, no professionalism and extremely poor communication.
