No maintenance on the infested dump on my doorstep

The rental agency - Steer & Co - is only quick when they need to take money. They've demanded the 2-months rental paid as deposit immediately 1.5 months in advance and tried to charge me double rent for the first month.<br> <br> As soon as I've moved to the apartment in Nieuw Rheezicht on the ground floor, multiple issues have been discovered. There is a huge dump in front of my doorstep that is infested with drain worms and keeps spreading. The only barrier I have against the worms entering my apartment is the poison powder from pick and pay. My whole doorstep is full of the powder with the worms rolling in it. I've been contacting the rental agency for due inspection, but nobody ever came and contacted me back regarding this.<br> <br> They've forced me into a contract where I am not allowed to move in the first 6 months, and so I am stuck for another 2 months in this horror. Needless to say I am not paying any less than any other tenant in the building, but I am renting an apartment on the ground floor, which is facing the dumpsters, does not have any sound isolation and door step, and I believe was not meant for human occupation. I am submitting a maintenance failure report to Rental Tribunal.
