*********** rental agency who steel your money!

Steer and Co are the most *********** rental agency I’ve ever had to deal with. We paid our deposit for 2 years and only got back a low amount of R 4000.00 taken out of it for unexplained costs, when we asked what about the interest, MANY TIMEs we got no reply on the matter!! On the ingoing inspection a huge bunch of keys we had were not accounted for yet we got charge to R 480 to replace an apparent missing key we didn’t even know existed with a window lock we never used! Got Charged for the most stupid things and asked for a reinvoice for the end of the month we paid and the amounts didn’t match, it was a higher amount on what we payed. Got charge an insane amount to paint a patch of white paint outside in which I personally know they have loads of big cans with the building maintenance guy. Any one Staying at THE SIR FRANCES, be CAREFUL!! We will be taking this up with the rental tribunal as they have been taking everyone they have dealt with for a ride and it’s time to stop this and get your money correctly owed! Please Comment with your experience so they can stop taking advantage of there tenants!!!
