How is the Lease and Electricity connected

<p>I have a lease agreement with Steer & Co for the last 3 years. I only found out by chance that my electricity of the flat i am letting is registered as a business. So i made a few enquiries at Eskom and it was confirmed that my electricity i pay for gives me far less units than the rest of the tenants in the block leasing flats. I contacted Steer & Co and i was refered to Eskom. More that one year later i was still stuck with that problem. I had to arrange with Eskom to come and make the changes. I also contacted the Housing Tribunal which said i must take this problem up with Eskom but i did not sign the lease agreement with Eskom but with Steer & Co. Who will take responsibility for the monies i have lost.
