Terrible service and work

We give small businesses an opportunity but they fail to deliver on promises. After receiving the full payment, they failed to come through and complete the work with excuses every time we tried to contact them. Now they do not take any calls or respond to messages. Unreliable company with bad service. Quality of work is terrible.
