Marvelous Service

Marvelous service from Steenberg Motors. My car had broken down unexpectedly. When I called them on Monday morning from the road side I spoke to a gentleman named by Chad, one of the main mechanics. He assured me that he could come out immediately. I thanked him and prepared to settle down for about an hours wait. Instead he was with me in twenty minutes. On closer inspection by himself and a work colleague I was informed that my clutch had gone and gave me an estimate cost. I had mentioned that it would unfortunately need to be repaired and if he could please proceed. They kindly drove me home first and returned to tow the vehicle to the workshop. The following day they called to inform me that they were outside my door with the car. A complete surprise as I had been expecting only to hear from them two or three days later. They had replaced the clutch. The The changing of gears is more precise and reverse gear is no longer a struggle to get into, something that the agents had never been able to achieve. A pleausre to actually drive it now.

The price was within what they quoted and extremely honest. So grateful for having listened to the multiple recommendations that I had received for Steenberg Motors. Shall continue to be taking my car there and our organizations vehicles and would not hestitate to refer others.
