Poor Service Steelmate Boksburg

Poor Service recieved today. No staff on floor to assist. Aproached the manager and he also did not give show much interest. It's a pity that our community around support you guys and it's not acceptable to offer this level of service. Will start using other steel suppliers. Am utterly disappointed. Note there where 2 other clients also complaining about the service at the same time. I suggest that all the staff go on some sort of customer service training.
