Pathetic Service

Steel mate staff is ***********. I have purchased material since Thursday the 4th June 2020 and items were promised to be delivered by 5th June 2020 and it’s Tuesday the 9th June 2020 I am still waiting for my delivery of which no one can even answer me when my things will be delivered. Can they get something right for a change I am really not happy with the level of service And I would have purchased the stuff else where if u knew this is the rate they will handle my order.
