Denial of Service

I paid for peace of steel rot and before collection i decided to change it. The manager wanted to charge me 20% for handle fee. I totally refused because the rot was not been dispatched to me. He then said he will refund me my full amount and go and buy somewhere else.

I was refused a service I feel my right as i consumer is violated.

Steelmate (PTY) LTD needs to explain if this is handle they do business.
