STEELITE in Selby Johannesburg (Adefin Invest20 cc t/a)

I worked hard to find and buy my car, and wish that I had NOT taken my chances by taking it to STEELITE in Selby, Johannesburg, to have a tow-bar fitted. When I got home after collecting the car, all I could do was cry; the bumper and paint work was scratched and muddy, bumper clips were broken and missing, there was mud in the boot, the wiring was a mess and making a buzzing sound, and their horrible tow-bar was poorly fitted, etc. When I told them, they didn't respond.

I then phoned RACK N ROAD / THULE FITMENT CENTRE, and in the comfort of my home, these professional people removed the Steelite tow-bar, fixed the wiring, fitted a beautiful Thule tow-bar, and did their best to replace clips, etc. all for a few rand more than what I had paid to Steelite.

I have my receipt, photo's and video's and contemplated taking Steelite to Small Claims Court.
