Don’t pay in full

My interaction with Steelform, especially with Leon, has been nothing short of a nightmare. After paying in full for a glass balustrade installation, the promised 7-10 working days turned into 24 days with no communication. Even after the installation began, promises to complete the job were broken, and my attempts to get updates were consistently ignored.

A week has passed since my last message went unanswered. The service has been unreliable, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I am deeply dissatisfied and won't use or recommend Steelform in the future. Considering legal recourse due to their unfulfilled commitments and negligence in communication. A cautionary tale for those considering Steelform's services.
