STEELBANK METPAR - POOR SERVICE

Poor service from the steelbank.

To add insult to injury Steelbank trading as Metpar pty ltd supp**** me with defected materials for a job that was urgent.

I contacted Steelbank, Samantha *** & samanthag @ steelbank.co.za to resolve the problem amicably and she later requested me to return the goods.

I then suggested for alternative materials instead and paid in the difference.

I was then emailed a collection note, I completed and handed to my driver as well as the delivery note for the exchange.

When my driver got to their company, he was advised to go to different locations within their building until one person told him to come back with an invoice.

We have never received an invoice from Steelbank accept for a delivery note.

This matter has been dragging on for over a week without this entity taking responsibility for their poor services.
