Excellence Steel works and Maintenance a huge disappointment

I Needed to do some renovations to a house I bought in Stilbaai in Hessequa municipality.I did not know anyone to appoint a builder but was given a business and for the above business.The owner does renovations himself or appoints local people.I have had to redo nearly everything he attempted.This after seeing he lives in my complex and trusting him.Definitely a NO!!
