Steel Studio - if you are a small private client avoid their services

When I built my house about 7 years ago I used Steel Studio to make my stainless steel/glass balustrades on balconies, staircases, etc. They have done a magnificent job. So when my wife got seriously ill and there was a possibility that we would need gates on our stairs I decided to use Steel Studioagain to make the gates to match the rest of stainless steel works at home. I placed the order on 10 July and indicated the urgency. I was told that their normal delivery time was about 5 weeks but that that they would try to speed it up under the circumstances. It took them eventually about 6 weeks and the product delivered was not what we agreed at. So they promised to fix it. Now 14 weeks since placing the order the job is still unfinished . They also have a pecu**** way of not keeping the appointments. First they agree for an appointment and then an hour before the appointment they cancel it. My understanding is that they have a lot of a big corporate clients and they totally ignore small private clients. If you belong to the latter group avoid using Steel Studio if you can.
