PLEASE BE CAREFUL - MAJOR DELAYS AND NO SERVICE

The deal was unfortunately started late in the year (Novemebr 2014) - we were quoted a 6-8 week delivery on a light steel frame entertainment area - we expected a little delay because of Christmas. We are now sitting in August 2015 and the job is still not complete. I've been nice, forgiving, relaxed,tough and a downright battle axe and nothing gets the job done - every time you have a hissy fit a little bit of work gets done with extra errors being made as one thing gets fixed another gets destroyed. Lock away your personal tools, ladders and everything else you own - it would appear every time someone is on site something will go missing, get broken or damaged. There is always a reason why your phone call / e-mail cannot be answered or why Peter was not on site.it is always the suppliers or someone else to blame. I strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else.
