Bad customer service

I had a bad experience and feels like because I am a woman they take me for a ride, I went to your store on Saturday the 7th Sep 2024 to buy material with everything written on paper for what I was buying. However your one drank short guy who was loading the material gave me a wrong item that was not written on paper as per the person whom his doing the gate for me. I escalated the matter to one of the head office and been taken from post to post promising to come fetch the wrong item today is Friday but still no driver came to collect, I have been communicating with them and following up all they do is apologies and tell me they gave my details to the driver but still nobody phoned me. I was told Area manager will be in contact but ***ol. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you are a woman as they take advantage of you. I was told they will only refund me once they came to pick the item, challenge is that I won't be able to return the item myself as there's transport charge I paid for item to reach my place which is moloto
