Unauthorised debit orders

<p>I had a lady who was helping me join an insurance through the phone,she faxed the forms and we agreed that i will get the id docs of all the people i want to add and they will sign next to it. So she said i must send it back to her witj just my details there but it was not signed and my id was not there. After few years i noticed with notify me that money was taken from my account and i knew exactly who it was so i reported her but it was almost impossible untill i found my life safer!!!
