Outmost disrespect and poor customer service

<p>I had ordered and paid for material on Thursday, to be delivered on Friday morning, my staff were told that the suppliers bakkie broke down and delivery couldn't be done. Today, Saturday morning I called enquiring about my delivery to be told that the driver had left to make deliveries yet I haven't received my material and the driver hasn't arrived. </p> <p>I called Steel and Pipes offices to try and figure out how long should my staff wait, to be disrespected and told that in umtata this is how things are done, and I should wait thier driver will come whenever that will be. I can't stomach the fact that thier staff has no way of addressing a customer and actually don't care of thier incompetence as a company and thier management not being to install good practice customer service </p>
