DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

I am absolutely appalled by the service my fiancee has received from this company - now called SA Tattoo supply (Previous name of steel and ink ). I have never ever experienced service like this . When we placed the order we were promised delivery 15 days . We were then informed there was a chinese holiday which we completely understand - however it is now 4 weeks later . After numerous empty promises and a period of not being able to get hold of anyone at the company (Bradley ) - to the extent we thought it was ***** . When they did finally contact my fiancee it was a rude phone call from Timothy who literally swore at my fiancee as a way of greeting. - this is the way he treats his customers when the company is in the wrong? I can't express enough what a terrible experience this is . More delays than I have ever heard before in my life. if you set the true expectations with customers you would not have these issues . it was not a small amount of money spent and it is literally impacting my fiancee's ability to do his job . He is loosing money . .DO NOT waste your time ordering from this company ! Shane is the only one who has been of any help and for that we do thank him
