There support is just *******. They give you options to refund a game but its all about the time played. I mean its a digital online gaming service.

If you are not having fun or its not what the gaming company said it would be.

You are entitled for a refund!

Nothing to do with how many minutes or hours you put into it. Yea its the hours you tried to put into it because its ******* and your trying to play a dead game.
