Steam doesnt care about its users

My account got hacked on steam, all my collectibles in dota 2 since 2015 has been ******. I have steam verification on my mobile. Someone got access to all my things.

Steams response was basically that its not their problem and its my responsibility. How is it my fault when you let your systems be hacked? they had to transfer the mobile number somehow that is in steam databases.... i lost a lot of valuables and basically my time invested is a waste. my inventory doubled in price in the last few years... all gone.

They tell me that they are not gonna give back my items because it will decrease in value...
