Not helping with problems even having the game not more than 2 days

I bought Call of duty world war 2 on steam from the start i battled to get the game to work properly sometimes i though it is working nice and no its not even working at all i have ask them for help then its just i'm sorry we do not do support for this game activision just let you run is circles with their support so i asked for a refund more than 3 times they just refuse to do so
