Waited more than a hour for out food

On the night of 24 March 2016 we went to Silverstar Casino for dinner. We went there on a promotion called night out for 2. We were a group of 7 people and we were using our vouchers for dinner. Most of the restaurants were fully booked so we went to the Steak Restaurant. We rather should have used a other restaurant. We waited a long time for a waiter. When we eventually got a waiter and ordered some drinks. We waited a long time. When we got our drinks the drinks that we got was wrong. We eventually ordered food that was mot very difficult because it was a set menu. We waited for more than a hour for the food. When the food came it was cold. 1 couple in our group then decided that they are going to leave. I feel that because of the fact that we were using the promotion we were not so important like the other customers. That place will never see me again.
