Inappropriate manager

Generally, I love this bar. Staff are friendly and service is great. However. I was sitting, enjoying a beer when I overheard a manager talking to some waitresses about their dress code. He was telling them that their dresses need to be shorter (above mid thigh) so that when they lean over the bar, customers can see their underwear. I am utterly disgusted, appalled and furious that a manager would treat staff members this way. As a woman, it is disgusting for a manager to tell his staff to dress in a seductive manner. I understand this brings customers in (to a certain extent) but that’s not the way to do it. I will gladly go and report this as a manner of ***ual harassment on behalf of the waitresses.
