Paid for standard subscription on the 26 June 2026. Platform says activation takes 24 hrs. It is the 26 August 2026 with multiple emails to support and not receiving feedback. In a nutshell they saying that there is a high demand with not enough work for all the subscribers. Then why not block others from subscribing in the first place. Instead, you take everyones money and then never get it back.

A request for refund was done and it states it takes 7-14 days. It is more than a month. I cut my losses, but is there anyway to get this 'Company' reported
