Great products, Bad Staff Attitude. A real PITY

It is with a heavy heart that I write this complaint. After dealing with Steadi Furniture for the past 8 years I will never again contact them or refer them to anyone (and I have referred them to MANY people in the past). I have used them for various furniture jobs in and around my 2 properties. Order was given to them for a manufacture and install of an entire kitchen. They asked for a 50% deposit for the job which was promptly settled, one week later they then demanded the FULL 100% payment BEFORE any delivery or installation would take place. What leg would I have to stand on if the job was not done properly or even done at all? Why not tell the customer upfront that they need 100% payment BEFORE they begin the job of installation at all? When this was queried my husband was spoken to so rudely and arrogantly by both Johan and Adi that this is the way they work and that's it. No compromise - No Customer service AT ALL- we even offered to pay the entire manufacture in full and 80% deposit on the installation. We have been burned before with fly-by-night companies that take your money and never complete the job. STEADI'S attitude and service dissapoints. BEWARE if you use them...
