I started a trademark application in 2016 (SIX YEARS AGO) via Trademarker. There has been zero response from Stead Law in more than despite Trademarker making attempts to contact them - via email only. They have now proposed that I pay afresh and start the process again - this has all the hallmarks of a classical ****.
