Worst law firm Ive ever dealt with

We have had the worst experience with STBB Cape Town. I have never i my life encountered such unprofessional and poor work ethic. From the get go we received nothing but poor service from them with regards to the transfers of our old and new property. No feedback, complete lack of communication, bad attitudes, lack of integrity, complete lack of competence from all parties including the Director. They ignore emails and we found out via the g****vine that our transfer was lost and that they had to start over again. No-one from STBB bothered to inform us about this and instead rather ignored us when we tried to follow up. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. You will definitely have huge regrets if you choose to go with STBB to handle your property transfers. Just do yourself a favour and don't go there! STBB is a joke.
