Verkrampte service from STBB Centurion

I purchased my first home this year in Pretoria. The owner chose STBB in Centurion to handle the transfer. From the start, I was treated badly, made to feel that my business was not wanted. I never spoke to the conveyancing attorney and instead had to deal with a rude paralegal whom it seemed wanted nothing to do with me and a junior lawyer, one Ms Goosen, who asked my husband and I why we were buying property in South Africa and wouldn?t we rather buy property in Holland, where we currently reside. I explained that I was on a fixed term contract and that I would eventually need to return to Pretoria. The tone of the paralegal?s emails were fraught with disrespect, insensitivity even to the point where she didn?t address me properly and was curt and abrupt. This week I ask for the title deed to be couriered to me in Holland and the paralegal tells me that her director says that no allowance was made for my deed to be sent to Holland. Am I not allowed to change my mind? She only said she would send me the deed once I transferred money into their bank account for the cost. Why are you treating me like a ********?
