Unreliable and inefficient operation

You constantly get passed from one person to the other. These people are clearly not communicating as questions are asked over and over and repeated requests are made for the same documents. They managed to lose documents sent to them? No idea how you get that right? They didnt do their job as we had to engage directly with council for our rates rebate They didnt notify the managing agents of change of ownership. They agreed to deduct their fees from the final settlement, but didnt do so

Everyone we dealt with was inefficient, ineffectual and unreliable STBB Blaauwberg - dont deal with them if you can help it
