Unprofessional with terrible communication

STBB dealt with our bond registration being FNB bond attorneys and the service was shocking, with zero communication s****s. We had to follow up every day with the documents they required, several times we were told they had everything only for us to follow up days later and find out they still wanted documents we had already sent or ones they didn't asked for. Absolute shambles of a so called professional law firm.
