Unprofessional, biased set of attrneys is STBB

STBB dealt with the transfer on one of our properties. When the property was transferred I was almost more pleased that I did not need to deal with them more than the fact that there was money in my account. This crew of attorneys were so biased towards the Buyer it's uncanny. At the start of the process the Buyer asked us to select them and given we did not have a preference we did. Boy, did we regret our decision. I was able to rent the unit out on a short term basis after we had secured the Buyer, but assured the lawyers that the tenants would leave before registration. STBB forced us to ask the tenants to vacate by the 15th November as they were expecting transfer on the 30th November. Registration took place on 17th December. They kept on badgering me that the Buyer wanted access to the house to view it and after the tenants had left wanted to see that it was left in the same condition as when she saw the property. I assured them it was, buyer saw the property and was able to look through the windows. They then send an email to say they would keep back a certain amount of the value on registration if the Buyer was not given access to the interior of the house.... We had had enough and allowed her to view the property. The buyer agreed the property was in perfect condition. Never any mentioned that I lost a full months rental as I needed to ask my tenants to leave the unit. At the end of all of this, I still get an automated email from STBB congratulating me for the sale of our property and that if we need any legal work in future to consider them!! They are the last people I would want to deal with - unprofessional, biased set of attorney's - not thanks!!
