22 Mar 2019, 09:34there are no conditions in the OTP, the date of occupation was left out and "occupation on reg of transfer" filled in. 2 weeks later the seller decides that he wants transfer to happen at the end of April and that he will move out on 1 May. No addendums have been signed so there are no agreements between the parties. should transfer happen earlier we will excercise our right to move in on the transfer date. OTP is binding and if the seller defaults we will cancel the sale if he does not want to move on transfer.
