Unacceptable service

STBB Attorneys in Bedfordview attended to the legalities for the sale of my property. It has been the most ********** journey with this organization from inception. Lack of communication regarding the sale, the process, overcharging on invoices and ongoing mistakes is what I experienced. To date I am still waiting for a refund and replies to emails from Cameron Young and Elize Kok. Lack of empathy, integrity and business ethics has been display in all engagements. It has been a very stressful journey and I felt it was important to share my experience so that other people do not go through this experience.
