Terrible transfer attorneys- would not recommend

We have had a really horrible experience dealing with STBB. Firstly, the communication was subpar - we had to beg for updates on the transfer process. Secondly, they communicated that they would handle the transfer of utility accounts from the owners into our names, but we got a shock when our power was switched off because the sellers closed the account and no one bothered to tell us to apply for a new account (essentially, the transfer of utility accounts never happened). It could take days before we are reconnected to electricity again and this could have been avoided if STBB had done their part. I would not recommend them to anyone!
