STBB steeling steeling money.

I Have app**** for a house loan in beginning off Des. STBB Hein Dyssel supposed to be a fare man to represent me as the buyer and the seller. I gave them a dep of R100 000 no questions asked. I did work out of the Country on that stage. I went back to work Jan 2015. As I went back I got the bad news I am one of the guys that is going to be retrenched and I will be out of work. I did came back and brought this under Hein (STBB) attention and I told them the bank will ask me to not take the bond for there will be no way I can repay them. It was also brought to the seller. SO THIS RETRENCHMENT IS OUT OFF MY HANDS IT WAS NOT EANY THING I CAN DO TO CHANGE IT. I did give theme heads up in advance so that the house can be put back in the market for resell. Now they refuse to give me back my dep. Is that FAIR to do this to someone that have no income? I THINK THAT IS CALD STEELING FROM A FELOW SOUTH AFRICAN. I did every thing from my side to play the game and now they will get double pay for the house that will be sold. Maybe in a moth or 2 I will have to give up my rent house and go and stay on the street and no more school for my child.
