STBB = service terrible beyond belief

I have sold m house more than 2 years ago after which there was a dispute with regards to paying the proceeds of the sale. Only after i contacted STBB to ask when the proceeds will be paid, they inform me about the dispute. When i ask why they did not inform me about it, i was told should i require feedback (service delivery in the STBB rep. words) he will have to charge me! OK... After numerous court visits, i am awarded the proceeds of the sale, this was probably a month ago. Last week my attorney contacted the above STBB rep. to ask when i can expect payment. The answer, ' please can we give him a few days and be patient' ??? I kid you not. Monday again we contact him after which i am instructed to send my bank details and proof its my bank account, because they will pay the the money in 'now'...yesterday( thursday) still nothing..i email the director asking for assistance and 30minutes later, the assistant of the same STBB rep emails me a list of excuses why no feedback has been given or no money paid yet, but assure me it will be done 'now'. I ask for her to please just send proof of payment so i can know its done...Surprize surprize..its friday, 2 years and 8 days later...no proof of payment and no money in my account. STBB is a joke of a company and Tim and Liza Chase their clowns. So tomorrow i will again contact a director and beg for assistance... Now i am waiting for the lady who handles the hellopeter complaints for them to tell me how sorry they are and what what...
