STBB reluctant to reimburse funds

I did a bond transfer from two financial institutions and Smith, Tabatha, Buchanan and Boyes handled my transfer and registration on behalf of my bank. We had effective communication up until the registration.<br> <br> My bond was registered on the 18th of march and the proceeds were payed out to STBB of the amount R252 963.86 on that same day. STBB only payed these proceeds out to my account on the 28th of April, 41 days later. This means that i was charged interests on the full amount outstanding to the bank. I was charged 41 days of interest on R252 663.86. The total interest i payed was in excess of R8000. I was charged interest on the money that was never in my account however I believe for the 41 days my money spent in their account, interest accrued<br> <br> I emailed and phoned them to look at this and have it calculated and the balance reimbursed back to me. I recieved an email saying they will look into it, and that was it, almost a month ago<br> <br> All i want is to be refunded. Pay back what is due to me.<br> <br>
