STBB, poor experience.

Not a happy experience with STBB. After me giving them the business to handle the sale of my property, I was not impressed with the hidden costs that came my way. The best is the charge for paying me my municipal rates balance. Then also when the municipality sent me my final statement they said that STBB would refund me. After 3 weeks I phoned STBB and was told they can only pay me after I send them proof of the municipal final statement and had I not followed up they STBB was not going to refund me the balance, they said they would, once I sent them proof will go through their banking account to see if the municipality had paid them. Don't do business with these guys is my advice.
