STBB IS THE WORST OF THE WORST PLEASE AVOID
I am quite disappointed with how my bond registration is being handled. I have purchased a property, and the bond registration process is being handled by STBB attorneys, Bellville Branch. After several communications with them regarding the move-in date, I was initially advised that the bond registration would take place on the 15th of November 2023 any time after that I can move in. Based on this information, I gave notice to my current residence accordingly. However, I have now been informed that the bond registration date has been changed to the 30th of November. This presents a challenge as I am scheduled to move out of my current residence on that very date, as per the notice I provided.
I must admit that I am quite disappointed with the way this situation has been handled.
