STBB BAD SERVICE

I have made it clear to STBB that I do not want my bond to be registered since there has not been any movement on my house at savannah city. I called the lawyers at STBB but they keep referring me back to the construction team and they insist they will register the house even though there is no approved plans on the house as yet, not even foundation is ready to be done as there is no approval from the municipality for Dlamini construction to built. STBB seems to listen to the construction company more that the people that will directly be affected by registration of a bond for a house that does not exist. IF STBB registers this BOND, IT WILL BE AGAINST MY WISHES AS A CLIENT. STBB choses NOT to listen to me and they want to listen to the people who will benefit whether I have a house after this or not.
